Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place your order via phone or email by setting up an account with us. We request information necessary for processing the order and shipping only.

Q: Who can place an order?
A: Any person or company licensed to use medical supplies can place orders.
Q: How fast will I get the products?
A: The product is shipped out on the next day after you place the order via Express Mail and gets delivered in 3-7 days depending on the area you are located.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. Also we can offer net 30 payment term on large orders and for loyal customers.
Q: Do you have a referral program?
A: If you refer us to your colleague, we offer you $100 credit on your next order when your colleague is ordering for $1000 and more. The person you referred us to should mention your name when setting up an account with us and we will inform you when you will be able to take advantage of your credit.
Q: What do I do if my package gets lost or damaged on the way?
A: If your package did not reach you for any reason, first we are trying to find it and solve the issue, and if there is no result we send you a replacement of that specific package.
Q: How can I find a product that is not listed on your website?
A: If you are interested in any product that we do not have on our website or in our stock, we will search for it upon your request and offer it at the best price we can.
Q: How do you pack the products?
A: The products that need to be kept at low temperature are shipped in a special ice container which lasts up to 10 day
